"….in terms of your strategies for living; it’s like an event. And you really catch it; people living from the street, living in the house, living to the courtyard;
and the house is this intervention in between; it’s a really lovely sequence because you’ve used the landscape. And I think because of that the house will
immediately create that sense of community for people…..The overall logic of this wonderful; I mean it’s actually delightful to see the thinking process come
through….the articulation / the street articulation is so strong that you don’t need Urban Design Guidelines because the integrity of the [design] is quite
strong.… [spaces are] open and interconnected which we love …[the internal design] catches all the volumetric possibilities…."
